Pivo brings a world of new possibilities to content creators with its innovative mobile app and 360º smartphone mount that work together to film you wherever you go. As Design Lead, I was responsible for building brand and design systems from scratch, overseeing the design and creative team to craft seamless user experiences across all digital products and brand touchpoints.
The Pivo logo features custom-drawn lettering with rounded terminals for a friendly, contemporary vibe. The icon, inspired by the concentric circles of a target, symbolises Pivo’s core auto-tracking feature.
I designed a vibrant identity using lively pop colours to infuse fun and playfulness, and a cohesive design system to ensure brand recognition and a smooth user experience.
I led the UX/UI design of the Pivo mobile apps from the initial planning stages through to prototyping and final shipping of the products on both the App Store and Google Play. Working closely with a team of in-house developers we benchmarked native camera apps to help user adoption while also innovating how users access and control the full set of features Pivo has to offer.
